Olivier Pastrello had his first career in the industry and decided, at the age of 40, to convert to pastry (his first vocation). A wise choice for our taste buds! Because the delicacies of this artisan have nothing to envy to the greatest names in French pastry. His perfectly glazed cakes are simply exquisite! Whether they are chocolate or fruit (local and seasonal please), you will not regret your choice.... Our favourites: grapefruit tartlet, tonka choc and Paris-Brest.
