A herd of biquettes in the heart of the Grand site Sainte Victoire, comprising 3 different breeds, including Alpine, Provençal and Rove
Julie and Jonathan have a herd of around fifty goats that graze on the property. 3 different breeds - Alpine, Provençal and Rove - to blend their milk and vary the flavors of their fresh, dry and mature cheeses, faisselle, yogurts and brousse sainte Victoire, all organic. They grow their own aromatic plants, savory and thyme, which they sprinkle on their cheeses. The farm is a Natura 2000 site, in the heart of the Grand site Sainte Victoire, so there are a number of constraints, but traceability is flawless. Their cheeses can be found on some of the region's finest tables, including Château Lacoste and Jean François Bérard's in La Cadière-d'Azur
