Park in the heart of a site classified natura 2000 in La Barben, proposed animations, equipped with a restaurant, a store and train.

In the heart of a Natura 2000 classified site, the Barben animal park extends over a 30 ha plateau. Along the 9 km of paths, you will discover 650 animals divided into 130 species: lions, giraffes, rhinoceroses, tigers, maned wolves, hippos, gazelles, gibbons. The walk is punctuated by a picnic, a break at the restaurant or the snack bar, passing by the ^12th century sheepfold which houses the vivarium. Small train, store, numerous animations (feeding, birds in flight...).

Un parc animalier surprenant ! Il y a beaucoup d'animaux de différentes espèces. On reste admiratif devant certains. La représentation des oiseaux en vol libre est très bien effectuée : nous sommes au plus près de ces derniers. Très belle prestation ! Quant aux rendez-vous avec les animaliers ou les nourrissages des animaux, c'est l'occasion de rencontrer les soigneurs qui prennent le temps de répondre à toutes les questions. Il est tout à fait possible d'y passer une journée dépaysante. Il est également possible de se restaurer à un tarif raisonnable.
