Artisanal soap factory based in the port of La Ciotat, producing a range of organic products and natural soaps that are kind to the skin.
Philippe Stettler, the Calanques soap-maker, makes his cold-process soaps in the purest tradition, using top-quality organic olive oil. These soaps are not Marseilles soaps in the strict sense of the word, as the secrets behind their production vary from brand to brand. Handcrafted soaps are gentle on the skin and 100% natural. The product range is called 1688, in reference to Colbert and the first regulations governing Marseille soap.

Nature liquid soap
Our liquid soaps contain organic olive oil, potassium hydroxide and organic essential oils, and that's all!
No surfactants, foaming agents or colorants. No palm oil or copra oil, as usually found in many industrial liquid soaps and shower gels. Thanks to their high concentration of olive oil (18%), our range is highly moisturizing. No chemical preservatives or foaming agents such as lauryl or laureth sulfate.
Just water, olive oil (ho), potassium hydroxide lye and that's it. Scents: essential oils or natural fragrances.
Lip balm
This lip balm is enriched with shea butter, olive oil, beeswax and honey. Olive oil and shea butter provide intense hydration, while honey and beeswax promote healing. Our formula is chemical-free.
Luffa" brush with removable handle
Discover the Luffa vegetable sponge, a product derived from the drying of an exotic giant cucumber. Soft and slightly rough, it offers a light exfoliating action, ideal for daily use in the shower or bath. Its fiber swells in water, providing a sensation of freshness.
