After all, you already feel like you're there, admiring the Mediterranean Sea, at Les Flots Bleus, the new gastronomic site where Quentin and his team revisit traditional Lebanese dishes: mezze, vine leaves with spices, signature dishes such as the beef rib matured and prepared in a shawarma style, the lamb shoulder confit, the poultry taouk and, for the greediest of diners, the bestseller: the mouhalabia (milk, orange blossom, cotton candy) Sahten! Nous avons pris à partager : Choux fleur rôti au zaatar et sa sauce Tahina - Labneh - Black houmous - Riz libanais - Feuilles de vignes - Grillades mixte à la libanaise : brochettes kefta, côtelettes d’agneau, filet de boeuf mariné, chiche taouk.
Pour ma deuxième visite nous avons pris : Black houmous - Labneh - Caviar d’aubergines - Côtelettes d’agneau marinée, labneh et légumes grillés - Shawarma revisité avec batata harra + Baklawa pistaches & glace
