Le Four Pop is the cool pizzeria of La Ciotat, modern and authentic at the same time. The restaurant is located in a quiet alley in the center leading to the marina. We advise you to start with a plate of tomatoes accompanied by a burrata from Puglia before going on with a pizza among the dozen variations. Baked in a magnificent wood-fired oven, their dough is thin and crispy with a homemade tomato coulis and toppings made from quality products. Finish with a homemade dessert. We love the care given to the decoration.

Cette pizzeria mérite définitivement ses 4 étoiles, mais avec quelques réserves. La qualité des pizzas est excellente, avec une pâte croustillante et des garnitures savoureuses. Cependant, j'ai remarqué un léger manque de consistance entre les différentes visites. Parfois, la pizza était incroyable, mais à d'autres moments, elle ne semblait pas être préparée avec la même attention. Le service est généralement bon, bien que certaines interactions aient pu être plus chaleureuses. Dans l'ensemble, une bonne adresse pour la pizza, mais un peu plus de constance dans la qualité serait un vrai plus.
