Accueil très sympathique.
Parking souterrain (très appréciable à La Ciotat)
Parking sous l'hôtel, avec un Monsieur " je sais tout faire" qui nous a fort gentiment depannés...
Even though we had a small issue when the A/C piping sprung a leak the staff were amazing offering alternate room and dealing with the leak very quickly!
The lady’s and the technical manager who dealt with the issue were very polite and very professional we were so happy with the response we stayed an extra night and will be very happy to return again ????
