Open since 2023, this Ciotaden ice-cream parlour plays the card of tradition and homemade products. In the laboratory, Alessandro, accompanied by his partner Mylène to help him, and Alexandra, a pastry chef by training. The ice creams and sorbets are made exclusively with local products (the milk, for example, comes from a producer in the Var region). By opting for direct from the producer, Alessandro has opted for transparency with his many customers, who are already fans of his ice creams. The texture is creamy and addictive. Some flavors change with the seasons. The nuts come from Italy (hazelnuts from Piedmont, pistachios from Sicily...). In summer, Sicilian granita with homemade brioche.
