LE JAS
Restaurant offering a traditional cuisine prepared with fresh and local products in La Roque-d'Anthéron
Just around the bend in a secluded village street, you'll find a charming spot to take a nice lunch break: vaulted room, white cloth tablecloth and pretty glasses, traditional cuisine is prepared using fresh, local produce, with which Emeric Corbon, the young chef, develops a generous talent here. Classics like a terrine of semi-cooked foie gras, but also dishes revisited with a definite personal taste, such as stuffed zucchini flower, lobster conger eel and mousseline, rosemary-roasted apricot, pistachio financier and apricot ice cream. The service is fast, the welcome friendly, and you really feel like a family.
