LA FERME DE JACOURELLE
It was in 1996 that François saw his dream come true: to raise goats at Le Rove in the hills of La Roque-d'Anthéron. The first cheeses were sold in 1997, as well as the famous bush. To complete his activity, he decided to plant olive trees on unirrigated terraced land from 1999 to 2001. That is 800 feet from the varieties aglandau (half), salonenque (350 feet) and picholine. Conducted in organic farming, the orchard is "fed" with the manure of the goats of the farm composted and enriched by the whey of the cheese dairy! The oil is stamped AOC Provence in organic farming.
