MUSÉE DU VIEUX LAMBESC
Thanks to Les Amis du Vieux Lambesc, an association founded in 1936, go back in time and discover the history of a small Provencal village and its medieval castle. Meet the men and women who have made it famous: Madame de Sévigné, the postman Roulin, Baron Merle, Saint-Eldrad, the Consul of France in Japon Dury and many others ... Enjoy the archaeological collections and the images of past activities. Also evocation of the devastating earthquake of 1909. Collections of antique furniture, coats of arms, agricultural tools... The village, partly destroyed by this earthquake, is yet full of charm and worth a visit.
