MAS SENEGUIER
At the Badré, olive oil, it's a family story. Already in 1910, the grandfather received a prize in a competition of olive trees. Laurent deals with the 4,000 trees he planted in 1999. He chose reasoned agriculture for his seven tree varieties: agass, salonenic, picholine, tanner, cayon, coarse and manzanilla. It draws three oils: AOP Aix-en-Provence, declined in green fruity and black fruity - mature olives, as well as a monovarial oil of agcap, a burning oil, rustic with a pepper note. And family history is not ready to stop there: his three daughters are now involved in exploitation. By appointment, you can visit the Mas Seneguier. To the program: tasting sessions to learn about this exceptional product followed by a visit to the heart of the area with possibility of picnic in the shadow of old green oak trees.
