Château de Fonscolombe, a five-star Relais & Châteaux hotel, is located just outside Aix-en-Provence. There are two restaurants to choose from: Le Temps Suspendu, which offers attractive formulas and a Sunday brunch, and the Michelin-starred gastronomic restaurant La Table de l'Orangerie. In fine weather, you can sit out on the sunny terrace or in the shade of the hundred-year-old trees. The menu features Provençal products, sublimated, twisted and accompanied according to the inspiration of Marc Fontanne, the talented chef at the helm of both restaurants.

Mais surtout, la cuisine est délicieuse et raffinée, et la chef a eu la gentillesse de venir nous voir à la fin du repas pour s'en assurer.
