The Château de Fonscolombe, an 18th century residence classified as a historical monument and renovated according to the rules of art, is a 5-star relay-castle. The 50 rooms are very elegantly decorated. You can dine at the Orangerie, a bistronomic restaurant, or at the Table de l'Orangerie, the gastronomic restaurant, open in the evening, directed by the new chef Marc Fontanne. You can also have lunch around the bald cypress, classified as a remarkable tree, every Sunday from 12:30 pm.

Un brunch dans le chaleur n'était pas notre choix. Puisque notre réservation était tard (après 13h), on a accepté ce changement mais c'était moins agréable.
Sois objectif sur le brunch: bonne qualité, bien préparé et délicieux.
On reviendra tellement les arbres sont beaux et la cuisine agréable
