In this family area where his great-grandfather was already working, the requirements of Jean Salen are commensurate with the quality of his wines : the vineyard of 30 ha is cultivated traditionally in a constant concern to preserve a biological balance. Harvesting is carried out by hand at a time when each varietal has reached maturity. The yields are low. You can enjoy fabulous wines such as the red wine Valéria, red Tradition, rosé, white white and wine cooked according to the old Provençal tradition. The latter is a very pleasant aperitif.
