In the kitchen, the chef pays tribute to Mediterranean and local produce. The house specialty: bouillabaisse, of course. Cod pavé with citrus fruit or grilled fillet of bass with haddock cream round out a menu that also includes meat dishes. Grilled octopus tentacles (or squid, depending on availability) are also a house specialty, and a must-try.
