It is THE butcher's table in the literal sense of the word, because the meats on the restaurant's menu are those of the butcher's shop, matured and exceptional meats, tender and tasty, French meats. And if the particular piece you want is not on the menu, you choose it on the butcher's stall, it is cut up for you and the chef brings it to your table, cooked as you wish. Like the vegetables and fries, everything is homemade!

Open Monday, Tuesday and Thursday for lunch; Friday and Saturday for lunch and dinner. Butcher's shop open Monday to Saturday from 8:30 am to 7:30 pm and Sunday from 9 am to 12:30 pm. Menu : 38 € approximately.

Le service fut agréable et apprécié.
Seul petit bémol, la terrasse, certes couverte, mais le chauffage radiant n'étant pas uniforme, le confort aurait été meilleur en intérieur.
Des plaids sont proposés.
Bref c'est un détail.
Je conseille vivement ce lieu à tous les amateurs de charcuterie et viande en particulier.
Belle surprise
Les viandes sont top. Normal, le resto fait partie de la boucherie qui est de loin la meilleure d'Aix et de tout le coin.
