A generous and passionate man, Jean-André Charial is making the estate inherited from his grandfather shine, and perpetuating a cuisine well rooted in the Provençal terroir. Chef Glenn Viel, 3 Michelin stars in 2020, revisits the classics of this gastronomic institution: freshly seared langoustines, sorrel, full-bodied cockles juice; red mullet, cabbage cooked in anchovy butter, bread enriched with a full-bodied red wine sauce; millefeuille tradition Baumanière, light cream with Madagascar vanilla, florentine pistachio and vanilla ice cream. A part l'accueil à la réception un monsieur barbu qui a été antipatique tout le long de l'arrivé ainsi au départ. Fort heureusement le reste du personnel bagagerie qui nous accompagnes étaient agréables également le personnel des chambres aux petits soins. Le paysage et les exterieurs de l'établisement est un havre de paix. Clin d'oeil aux petits canards ... Trés beau domaine nous reviendrons.
