S'adaptez au nouvelles tendances culinaires notamment Végan. Revoir de A à Z la politique RH et le sourcing du personnel notamment pour le Cabro d'Or. Plus de motivation et d'implication du personnel notamment la volonté de faire plaisir.
Donner beaucoup plus d'explications. Mieux communiquer. Sentiment d'un établissement pas assez supervisé avec un manque d'âme sauf pour quelques exceptions (Antoine). Au final séjour très correct mais on est loin du niveau Palace...

Merci pour votre sens de l'accueil. On a l'impression que tout le monde aime travailler ensemble. C'est comme une belle famille. Notre séjour (2nuits) fut l'un de mes plus beaux cadeaux d'anniversaire. Si nous étions plus riches (beaucoup plus riches !) on reviendrait plus souvent... Et je suis sure que l'endroit garderait tout son charme. En attendant nous gardons en nous un petit bout de paradis que nous évoquerons souvent.
