LA GUINGUETTE DES BAUX
Guinguette with terrace below the quarries of light, featuring a menu of Guinguette planks and oyster platters
Located on the same site as La Bohème and its Saturday evenings, La Guinguette is just below the light quarries. It's open for lunch and soon for dinner, with different themes. On the menu: the Guinguette plank (ham, chorizo and rabbit terrine), the oyster plate as a starter, for example, and aïoli or beef tartar as a main course, among others. The terrace features stone sculptures by Daniel Pernix. La Guinguette can accommodate groups of 50 or more, and has its own parking lot. A very pretty Guinguette!
