HÔTEL DE MANVILLE
A handsome hotel built by a wealthy Protestant family, currently housing the town hall and presenting temporary exhibitions.
The most beautiful Renaissance hotel in the city was built in the second half of the 16th century by a wealthy Protestant family, that of Claude de Manville. The restored hotel now houses the town hall, and temporary exhibitions are also presented there. It is truly an exceptional place whose facade, pierced with mullioned windows, dominates the rue du château. The building is built in an irregular manner to follow the contours of the calade which climbs towards the castle. A very beautiful place that has kept all the lustre of the Renaissance.
