Very disappointed by the various services, equipment and customer service. Despite an important investment from €6000, the result is not worthy of promise of commercial who knows little about the product very that it offers. Communication with this company is deplorable and clear little consideration with respect to the guest, once the bill paid of course. You will learn some technically more while looking on the Web.

maison percée de partout pour des prises d'air, canon de cheminée surélevé et enduit pas de la même couleur que la façade!!!!!
Jotul ne daigne même pas se déplacer malgré une convocation à une expertise.
Leur absence signifie qu'ils sont au courant du problème et qu'ils n'ont pas de solution.
Cela va forcément se finir au tribunal.
Vue la longueur des procédures, je ne pourrai encore pas chauffer l'hiver prochain malgré une grosse somme investie. Purement scandaleux
