In this restaurant, located in the central square of Frédéric Mistral's birthplace, you can enjoy bistronomic cuisine on the magnificent terrace. The produce is fresh, local and in season. During our visit, we fell in love with the asparagus velouté and artichokes en barigoule from Maillane (produced by Mazet Maillanais): a delight! Matured rib of beef and Ventoux pork chop are also well worth the detour. You'll also find a fine wine list. Last but not least, the strawberry platter is a must!
