FASSY
Fougasses are made here for six generations. We might as well say that, the kneading is mastered; the rise time and the kneading give it all the softness of these Provencal specialties. It is difficult to make a choice in front of the stall of this bakery... For savoury, we tried fougasse with chorizo. We will come back to enjoy those with olives, herbs and marrow. As for sweet, we succumbed to the call of the apple-cinnamon, it's excellent! Chez Fassy, there are also a dozen breads (linen, corn, and organic cereals, maximum...).
