Starred chefs from Marseille offer gastronomic dishes at low prices.
Chefs en Provence is a successful combination of talent from the region between art and gastronomy. Unusual, the restaurant is located on the first floor of Hall 1 of Marseille-Provence airport. Eating badly at an airport can be avoided. On arrival, a beautiful surprise in volume, light and colour by Corinne Vezzoni. The concept of Chefs en Provence: a collaboration with the Villa des Chefs and Karine Lauthier which brings together the starred chefs from Marseille, but not only, who in turn sign the menu for a season. Then, they train the cooks who will prepare gourmet dishes for three months. The result: a high quality cuisine at a low price. At the beginning of 2018, the Marseille chef Dominique Frerard uses his talent. The spirit of the menu: a resolutely Mediterranean menu. Chefs en Provence is still and always an address highly recommended by Petit Futé. Simple regret, too bad that evening travellers can't dine there.
