LA CADIÈRE
Gastronomic restaurant with terrace offering traditional and local cuisine in the centre of Marignane.
Located in the centre of Marignane, this gourmet restaurant, taken up by Catherine and Olivier Jacquin, keeps its line: warm welcome and quality cuisine. Meals are served in the large, air-conditioned and tastefully decorated dining room in the two special lounges, which are designed for groups (parties, birthdays or business meals) and on the terrace. Outside tables benefit from the natural shadow of large trees and bamboo. Formulas and numerous menus offer traditional cuisine inspired by the sea and the southern region: Tatin tarte of Saint-Marcellin aux and honey, cassolette of aioli pink mussels and shrimps. To follow, tian and crème cream gambas, bouillabaisse (on order). Side meat, beef fillet in veined crust, calf's liver pan in balsamic vinegar and honey. Desserts: Perfect iced glacé, coconut nuts and candied pineapple, almond-coffee craquelin, caramel muslin, caramel sauce, chocolate mirror. Theme evenings are following: Saint Valentine, mushroom tasting, truffles, the arrival of foie gras, new beaujolais…
