Totalement inconsequent, accepte un mode de reglement pour changer d'avis la veille des travaux; Veux obliger le locataire a regler le travail. Refuse un virement en reglement sous pretexte que ce n'est pas sur. Finit par insulter le proprietaire par mail qui a prefere donner le travail a un autre entrepreneur.
