This 100% Marseille micro-brewery has recently moved from the foothills of the Bonne Mère to the Capelette district. You will find here the factory where these beers are produced, which are now renowned and distributed in the region. La Minotte is characterized by a wide variety of beers, 13 produced permanently, for all tastes: blonde, IPA, brunette, amber, Imperial Stout or Ginger Ale. The bottles are recognizable by their famous modern and colorful designs. The beers are unfiltered and unpasteurized, which makes them unique. Every month, ephemeral beers are produced on site in collaboration with other brewers. All the more reason for you to visit.
