His traditional cuisine is revisited according to his mood and inspired by his many travels in France and around the world. He brilliantly mixes the flavors. The woks remind us of Asia, the tagines the Magreb, the kouign amann Brittany. The pizzas are on the stove and the suggestions according to the market. You can also opt for a selection of delicatessen and Corsican cheeses to share. Everything is homemade. Beautiful terrace in a quiet garden and cosy room. An address to remember
