A brand-new gourmet address and ode to Mediterranean cuisine, opened in April 2023 by a team of young entrepreneurs, two of whom are already at the helm of Boccascena in La Joliette. In this Provençal bastide, which underwent an attractive facelift when the premises were taken over, you'll appreciate the pretty terrace now sheltered from the sun, the dolce vita atmosphere and the country feel. The menu features dishes by young chef Alexandre Cano: artichoke carpaccio with white truffle, clams with thyme cream, fresh cheese and lemon fritters, grilled octopus with eggplant caviar, feta and olives, and lobster ravioli with pea sauce. We liked the eggplant parmesan and the saltimbocca. Inspiring as can be, the young chef brings a new lease of life one year after opening.
