BUZINE CASTLE
Château de la Buzine lies in the heart of a valley between Saint-Menet and Les Camoins in Marseille's arrondissement.
This château, far from the city center, was once located in the countryside. Today, it's surrounded by the magnificent Parc des Sept Collines. Popularized by Yves Robert's film Le Château de ma mère, it has become a fully-fledged cultural venue, now home to the Maison des Cinématographies de la Méditerranée. Rehabilitated in 2011, it boasts a splendid old-style cinema. Here you can consult rare film archives and documents. The second floor features a recreation of a classroom from 100 years ago.
