Do you know what's called a "mochi"? If the answer is no, it is for this reason that a talented young duo from Marseilles in love with Japan has taken up the challenge of creating the first French factory of these Japanese ice-cream sweets. Trained pastry chefs, trained for a year in Japan in the know-how of mochi, Jonathan and Julien make these elegant little coloured and perfumed domes in the 11th arrondissement of Marseille. They deliver to private individuals and professionals, Mochiri mochis being available in certain outlets in the city centre. Caramel salted butter, chocolate coconut, lemon yuzu or honey almond, there are 12 kinds. To be tasted without waiting!
