His specialty is the Korean (or fondue) barbecue it is in beef, chicken, pork breast, walnuts of St. James or calamars… But Chief Ren Shaolin will be pleased and duty-bound to make other typical Korean dishes that he has cooking for more than twenty years to allow you to a real culinary journey. It offers some sixty other dishes such as bibimbaps (beef and vegetables prepared in a bowl of hot stone) or kimchi (chunked and fermented).
