A renowned, ecologically committed table, created in early 2019, already awarded a Michelin Assiette. Settle into the bucolic green setting of this historic cloister in the north of the city and enjoy fresh, diverse and inspiring cuisine. Every day, the menu features new dishes at affordable prices. The place has a real social and educational vocation, with a significant number of young people trained in digital and catering skills, under the aegis of a talented young chef, Valentin Small, and designers Michel Portos and Arnaud Castagnède. De plus (à vérifier si c'est toujours d'actualité pour cette année) : Le restaurant propose un repas le mardi soir pour les étudiants en situation de précarité : entrée + plat + dessert = 2€ (sur présentation de la carte étudiante)
Nous avons pris : "Coquille de St Jacques snackées : condiment oeufs de truite cébettes, poireaux brûlés, beurre blanc safrané, huile verte perlée" et "la pêche du jour : purée fine de persil tubéreux, palet de pomme de terre, confiture d’algues et champignons, mayonnaise au corail"
