LE PAYSAN URBAIN
Installed around the Cloister, this agroecological farm covers 2 hectares and is the second operating site of the Paysan Urbain in France. Two main activities are developed there: on the one hand, the cultivation of microfoams and aromatic herbs, and on the other hand, an ecological vocation to raise awareness of environmental preservation, especially for schoolchildren. The microfoots, grown organically and without pesticides, are used to decorate the dishes of the region's restaurant owners, in a short circuit of course. Dill, basil, mustard, mizuna, arugula and pak choi: here we give time to cultivate. Numerous workshops for "greening" and exchanges between generations.
