I bought a chandelier that once at 48h (fast:)). The chandelier had a small fault. I so-called customer service (reachable quickly and qualified) that offered me to change. Feuka returned me second chandelier that operates.
It is more than me to wait until the small car collects the defective chandelier (taken charge by Feuka).
