J' ai acheté dans une de leur copropriété et je je vis un cauchemar depuis des années. Ils ont donné la propriété des extérieurs uniquement à ceux qui ont des places de parking. Nous sommes les seuls à payer des charges sur les espaces verts, le portail, etc. Le montage est catastrophique ,le payement de l' eau aussi . Pour s' arranger ils ont fait sur le même terrain des villas des immeubles mais s' en s'embêter a faire bien les choses . Il y a même une autre copropriété qui rentre par notre portail mais ne paye rien sur l' entretien . Tout à été fait comme ça. Le syndic nous dit qu' il n' a jamais vu ca . C' est inexplicable ca dure depuis 2015 . C' est vraiment l' image du promoteur qui pense aux profil et se fou de "détruire " des vies .
