A traditional Slavic cuisine offered to the Marseillais by the Panzer family.
Over the past 60 years, the Panzer family has been able to introduce the people of Marseille to traditional Slavic cuisine. When the dishes are recalled, the imagination takes hold of you and you are like Michel Strogoff in the steppes of Siberia. The chef prepares the specialities of the east: tokany of the seven chefs, Siberian pelmeny, zakouski, strogonoff beef, katelets, pojarski, pike-perch, Hungarian peppers... For dessert, vatrouchka, a pastry with white cheese, raisins and lemon, or a lemon vodka sorbet. Since October 2017, the restaurant no longer welcomes the public and is only dedicated to its catering service. Information on the site and the facebook page.
