Opened in autumn 2022 in a small street off the Canebière, this restaurant will introduce you to the delights of Ethiopian cuisine. An original address, to say the least, as this little-known gastronomy has hardly been represented in Marseille in recent years. Thanks to Tina's smiling energy, you'll be able to take your place in a room decorated in the typical style of the rich Ethiopian cultures. It was the Refugee Food Festival that brought her to the fore. On the plate, it's best to eat with your fingers, these Injera, typical teff flour pancakes, which you can garnish as you wish with the chef's suggestions. And of course, the coffee is Ethiopian.
