In Marseille, the Ivorian community is one of the most important in France, along with Paris and Lille. If the restaurant is called Ivoire Restaurant, its owner prefers to call it Mama Africa because it embodies a refuge for many nationals. We eat an excellent braised fish accompanied by plantain bananas or millet semolina. Félicité Gaye, a generous woman attached to her country, offers us a wide variety of other dishes that are a tribute to the flavours of Côte d'Ivoire but also of all West Africa.
