With 4 locations in Paris, the Bao family announced that it would open in Marseilles in spring 2024, with a public inauguration on May 3. Marseille customers were eager to see the Cours Saint-Louis regain its superb appearance and discover a Chinese canteen concept that has proved its worth in the capital. Set over two floors and with a large terrace, the premises are magnificent, with a contemporary pop décor that's also uncluttered. On the plate, bao of course, tasty and addictive, and a signature dish of eggplant hong shao, surprising and delicious. Finally, we fell in love with the mango sago with coconut milk. An address already acclaimed by the clientele, young and efficient service, with a special mention for Malo and his friendly, professional welcome.
