Robato is the unusual story of a meeting between Rémi, an ardent fan of Japanese gastronomy, and Robert, a young Estonian chef retraining in Marseille. It's a story that began with pop-up meals at the Briqueterie de la Plaine, then behind the stoves of the Marmite Joyeuse, before finally finding a place to create ramen, the Japanese noodle broths that are the house specialty. A real must-try in the Land of the Rising Sun, yet very rare on Marseille's Asian tables. Everything is homemade, and the flavours are top-notch. Different ramen recipes, meat or vegetarian.
