GINGER PHOENIX
A new address for modern Vietnamese cuisine, with traveler chef Tony Hua at the helm for sparkling dishes.
The rebirth of a phoenix! That's the story of this Ginger Phoenix, and that of Tony Hua and Aurélien Lecour, now associated with the sparkling Meryl Cawn. A misadventure on rue d'Aubagne and a return to the forefront in the Opéra district for this trio of gourmet travelers. In the kitchen, Tony proves to be a virtuoso of sweet and savory flavors, with quite a bit of work on mango and papaya, often with spicy notes. The Vietnamese-influenced menu changes weekly. The interior is delightfully pop.
