Friendly establishment with a comfortable terrace offering recipes full of Corsican and Catalan flavours.
The lively and comfortable terrace of this new establishment immediately attracted us, the dynamic and friendly service with Hispanic accents charmed us. At Oli Bé, Corsican and Catalan flavors meet, with a temperament and spicy flavors. At lunchtime during the week, it's à la carte with a Corsican herb pie or calamari à la catalane. In the evening (and on Saturday lunchtime), you can enjoy a nice tapas menu with a generous format: octopus a la plancha, tuna tartar with mango, risotto with porcini mushrooms, panisses with chorizo sauce or even Corsican charcuterie. It is generous, homemade and the products are well chosen. A friendly and smart address.

(Negatives) unfortunately I did not have much luck with my food selection. I ordered a calamari salad (GORGEOUS presentation). The calamari was tough and had a jerky-like texture. The dressing was lovely, but I had to pick through bits of salad that were old and turned bad.
Next I took the Aioli (as suggested). Generous serving. I don’t know if this was done on purpose, but the fish was over salted. Maybe the saltiness of the fish is supposed to be off set by the steamed veggies?
I regret not trying the beef ribs… I really want to like this place so I give it overall 4 stars and I will come once more… if it doesn’t work out next time I will give up.
Ambiance, prix, propreté, service, tout est là.
Prenez le poulpe à la plancha, vous m'en direz des nouvelles !!!
