In the heart of Les Halles, the Cave à Jambon des Halles, little sister of the Cave à Jambon on rue Sainte, attracts us with its generous displays of Iberian sausages, including the excellent Pata Negra. The tapas list is dense, there is something for every taste and budget. But let's face it, this counter is above all renowned for its exceptional hams. Also surprising is this baked paella, au gratin, with black rice, served with octopus and calamari. Not the usual one, also on the menu, terribly tempting.
