LE BODRUM
Turkish and Kurdish restaurant offering a wide variety of raw vegetables.
A very nice capacity for this brand new Turkish and Kurdish restaurant which goes from snacking to table service. Bread, meat and vegetables are homemade and daily. Among the specialities: marinated chicken brochette, marinated lamb brochette, kefte (grilled meatballs). A wide variety of raw vegetables that accompany the plates. For starters: Turkish tzatziki, aubergine with pepper, chopped vegetables with pomegranate vinegar, hummus (chickpea purée), beurek (cheese bricks and falafel). Homemade desserts are not to be outdone. For the children, nuggets, hamburger and fries. All this is accompanied by a wide variety of Turkish teas. You will take a seat in one of the two rooms, one of which is on the mezzanine, or on the terrace. The service is professional and attentive. The Bodrum, despite its very young age, has been around the city. The plusses: freshness, quality, fast service and impeccable hygiene
