The young boss, born in Frankfurt, was inspired by what can be found in the many Turkish restaurants in Germany and brought the concept back here. The wood-fired grills are made under an imposing traditional cast iron hood. Not only do we eat sandwiches, we can also enjoy traditional dishes.
