New address specialized in fish and seafood. Ideally located on the Place Thiars and its small bucolic fountain, in a lively district where there is no lack of restaurants. Coquille stands out with a menu almost exclusively devoted to marine products, which is not so frequent in Marseille despite its position on the sea. Here you can taste oysters, but also mimosa eggs and edible crab meat, a carpaccio of sea bream, a wing of skate à la grenobloise, tamarisk mussels with marinara cream. Those allergic to fish can rest assured, there is still a beef tartar and pizzas on the menu. Beautiful sunny terrace.

En bref , il faut y aller car la carte quoique très surprenante , faisant se côtoyer les pizzas et les huîtres , est exceptionnelle et qu’elle bonne idée de garder le four à pizzas pour ceux qui n’aiment pas les fruits de mer , ça permet quand même d’être ensemble ..!! Bravo à toute l’équipe …
