We had appreciated the chef Christian Qi at the head of a table d'hôte in Les Goudes. He is now installed in the center of town to offer his refined cuisine to the curious people who come to his counter. There are no tables to sit at, you can eat standing up or take your food to go. The chef's specialty? Bouillabaisse, made accessible to the people at a very low price, cooked with fresh products and according to the fish arrivals from the market on the port. Very, very short circuit cooking, freshness guaranteed daily. An experience!
