After an initial experience in Le Panier, Hédoné, the trendy, iodized restaurant, has settled permanently in the Opéra district. Here, you'll be able to discover and feast on everything that makes Hédoné's cuisine so special: wild Mediterranean fish from the Vieux-Port market every morning. Very, very fresh, and directly linked to the local fishery. We loved the swordfish tataki served with soy sabayon and Camargue black rice. For starters, a slice of burnt watermelon, mint and lemon juice and feta cheese.
